That feels kind of wild to say.

What started as a little space to share the work I love has grown into this beautiful community of people who have found their way here through retreats, classes, circles, events, healing, nature, and all the little pieces of Earthly Essence along the way.

I’m just feeling really grateful today.

Thank you for being here, for supporting this work, and for continuing to grow alongside me. 🤍🌿

I still don’t really know how to put this weekend into words. ✨

We arrived Friday with a storm moving in around us. Each woman stepping into the space carrying her own story, her own season, her own reasons for being there.

As we opened our circle and called in the directions, thunder rolled across the lake and lightning lit the sky around us. There was this incredible electricity in the air. The kind you could feel in your body. We eventually had to move part of our ceremony indoors, but somehow even that felt like part of what the weekend was asking of us: to listen, adapt, trust, and stay present with what was unfolding.

And then the weekend softened.

There was movement and stillness. Laughter and tears. Drumming at sunrise. Tea and ceremony. Time in the woods and on the water. Rest. Healing. Learning. Beautiful conversations. Women witnessing one another, supporting one another, and remembering pieces of themselves.

I am still in awe of what was created inside this circle.

To every woman who trusted this experience and brought her whole self into the weekend, I thank you. And to every facilitator, healer, teacher, volunteer, and helping hand who made it possible, thank you for helping bring this vision to life. So grateful to Jenny Manney with Seen & Serene for capturing this weekend so beautifully, and to Melissa Pachak for sharing her voice with us. 🫶

Somehow every year reminds me all over again why I keep creating this.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to hold space alongside Karly Kalstad for these incredible women over the past four months. ❤️

Watching each woman move through this experience in her own unique way — reconnecting, remembering, releasing, and reclaiming — has been such a gift.

Thank you for your trust, your vulnerability, and your willingness to show up for yourselves and one another. It has truly been an honor to walk alongside you. ✨🌹

🍂 A little behind-the-scenes autumn magic…

I’ve been putting together these little intention bundles for Autumn’s Invitation, the cozy Autumn Equinox circle I’m guiding this weekend, and they’re making me so happy. 🌿✨

Each one is filled with a different collection of dried flowers, herbs, botanicals, and other offerings from nature—each carrying its own meaning and invitation for the season ahead.

No two finished bundles will be quite the same. 🤎

There’s something so beautiful about allowing nature to remind us when it’s time to release, make space, and intentionally choose what we want to carry forward.

Can’t wait to share this experience at Wellness at the Winery this Saturday. 🍂

I’m still finding the words for this weekend. ✨

This year’s Empower Your Inner Goddess: 5th Annual Women’s Yoga & Wellness Retreat 2026 was woven around sovereignty — remembering who we are beneath the noise, the expectations, the roles, and the places where we have forgotten our own knowing.

We journeyed with Áine, the Fairy Mother Goddess, calling in her archetypal energies of light, courage, beauty, joy, sovereignty, enchantment, and remembrance.

There was fairy magic everywhere.

Tucked into the woods.
Woven around the altar.
Scattered along the paths.
Reflected across the lake.
Carried in the tiny details and unexpected moments that somehow felt sacred.

But more than anything, this weekend felt like presence.

Presence in the circles.
Presence in the silence.
Presence in the laughter.
Presence beside the fire.
Presence beneath the trees.
Presence in the tears, the hugs, the resting, the releasing, the remembering.

I felt so deeply there.

So present.
So full.
So connected to the women, the land, the work, and the magic unfolding around us.

Watching women soften, open, receive, reconnect, laugh, release, and return to themselves was something I will carry with me for a long time.

There was so much love here.

So much tenderness.

So much magic.

So much remembering.

And through it all, the Earth was holding us.

May we keep choosing the path that brings us home to ourselves. With sovereignty in our bones, magic in our hearts, and a little fairy dust still woven through our light. ✨

Our 2026 retreat officially SOLD OUT back in June, and this Friday we welcome 30 incredible women for a weekend of connection, healing, reflection, and remembering.
