I just wanted to share with you a little piece of my heart from retreat ✨ For the first time ever, I stepped into a retreat space as a practitioner and not just as someone receiving the work to heal but as someone trusted to hold space, share my gifts, and pour my frequencies and work into someone else’s healing journey.

Creating this little healing space, filling it with intention, sound, crystals, and love AND then getting to welcome people into it was such a surreal, full-circle moment. I looked around and thought, holy sh*t… I’m really doing this 🥹💜

This space held so much more than healing. It held energy, vulnerability, release, connection, and many moments of magic. I’m so grateful for every person who trusted me to hold space for them, and I’m so proud of the version of me who kept following the little whispers that led me here….or the continued support and pushes I needed from Feminine Embodiment Coach and Shadow Alchemist

My cup is OVERFLOWING and my heart is SO full! 💜✨
