HIA Primary Care, formerly HIA House Calls, provides relationship-based care across all stages of life at home or in our clinic, with a team approach supporting everyday health and those living with chronic conditions. As a sister organization to Hospice of the Red River Valley, our medical providers are experts in geriatric and palliative medicine. We are privileged to provide House Calls in many settings, including people’s own homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior living communities and many other places people consider “home.”

Your health and well-being don’t follow a 8-to-5 schedule. ❤️

While HIA Primary Care visits are typically available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., you can reach us by phone 24/7 for support and guidance after hours, on weekends, and during holidays.

If you need an urgent visit, we’ll work to arrange a house call or clinic visit as quickly as possible.

And remember, for a life-threatening emergency, always call 911.
