I often invite people to stand in the grounding bowl. Sometimes you can sit in it too! 😄 Savanna of Hearts of Hospitality enjoyed standing in it so much she had to take a seat!

What a great day at the Fall Abundance Well Fest! Lindsey was our lucky winner of the 60 min sound massage. THANK YOU to everyone who attended not only for the Joy that I experienced in sharing sound with you, but for showing your interest and support for our wellness community! I hope you all had a new experience or learned something new as you explored and enjoyed the day.💖

How about a peaceful "party party" on a Monday night? If this is your kind of Get Wild, come join us Mon 9/14 7pm. Last month we held class in the Resonance Studio while settled into their new space. Now that Jen's all moved in, we've GOT to experience yoga and sound meditation in her beautiful new studio. There's plenty of room so bring and friend and come settle in for 75min of PEACE on a Monday night.
