There’s a change in the air.. 💨

Being proactive will save your skin and your mental state, as my professional opinion and from first hand experience.

Support your lymphatic system, hydrate from within and add in the correct seasonal skincare.

This week I’ve had 4 clients walk in and say “I’m sick”….

With the most kindness, please stay home if you’re sick. I void all cancellation policies when it comes to illness and seasonal ick to encourage you to reschedule.

In the room I talk a lot about soothing the skin, comforting the body and relaxing the systems.

Support how the body works because the body is so good at its natural abilities, the skin is detoxing, absorbing vitamin D and keeping us safe.

When the skin barrier is compromised (too harsh of treatments, sun burn, allergic reaction, inflammation/gut health) it can’t function optimally.

This is where corneotherapy, cosmetic science and now offering Apo.Ge as a retail solution comes into the convo.

My goal for you is healthy youthful skin but the natural healing way 🌱🤍

Our skin is an organ, how we take care of our whole body affects all the pieces.

Wellness is choosing one thing a day to be more intentional about your health. Start small and build!

Choose to read before bed
Go for a walk after eating
Sunshine when you wake up
Track your steps
Whole Foods over processed
Drink a lot of water
Practice gratitude

Your skin will thank you 🤍

I had no idea what professionals in the industry were doing, I just knew I wanted to give a whole body experience.

I enjoyed the calm and softness that is a relaxing facial.

I knew I wanted to give that feeling in my facials so I started creating more internal movements, understanding the why and what happens in the body when you relax.

This lead into understanding the lymphatic system and nervous systems.

I was following my gut and going with the flow, where ever that lead me.

All of this direction lead me to create and offer these services
The Acute Facials
The Rituals
Reiki
The Bridal Bliss Add on
The Reflexology Facial
PEMF Reflexology Treatment
