Hi humans.
First, I want to say a huge thank you to my clients who were scheduled for today for being so kind and understanding. I so appreciate you!
Secondly, after taking a little tumble this weekend, my hand is currently full of fluid. Left hand added for reference 🙃

I'm reaching out personally to clients scheduled for tomorrow, but wanted to give everyone a heads up of my situation. I'm very much hoping to be back by end of week 🤞

I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience and never take rescheduling lightly as it makes me a very anxious little bee. But for now, it's what is best. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Gentle Reminder...

It's okay to not be okay sometimes.

You are not a burden.
Your story, your experience is allowed to be felt and expressed.

You do not need to apologize to me for taking off your armor.
You do not need to apologize to me for sharing where you're at.

It is an honor to listen.
It is an honor to be so trusted.
It is an honor to hold space for you and support you in the small way that I can.

Thank you for allowing me to play a part in what keeps you going.

❤✨
