🌿 **Take Your Practice Further!**

You already love yoga. But have you ever wondered how much more there is to discover?

Our **2027 VariYoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training** takes you beyond your regular classes to explore the philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and deeper understanding of the practice you love.

And here's the beautiful part: **You don't have to want to teach yoga to take teacher training!** Whether your goal is to become an instructor or simply grow as a student, there's so much waiting to be discovered.

We intentionally keep our training small, with just **8 students**, creating a supportive environment for learning, questions, and meaningful connections.

✨ **Registration is OPEN, and enrollment is limited!** If you've been thinking about joining us, don't keep putting it off. Now is the time to turn that curiosity into something wonderful!

💚 **Ready to take the next step?** Contact Andrea at **479-200-2747** to learn more or secure your place in our 2027 training.

**Your next chapter in yoga could start right here at AYC!**............................................................................

No emails. No errands. No one asking you where something is.
Just yoga. For a Thursday, that's a pretty good deal.

A little wobble is part of the practice! 🧘‍♀️

On the mat and in life, balance isn't about being perfectly still. It's about staying grounded, making adjustments, and learning to trust yourself along the way.

This week's Weekly Stretch explores how yoga helps us find our center, build stability, and create balance even when life feels a little unsteady.🌿
