💕 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer during her lifetime. Early detection matters, and routine screening is an important part of taking care of your health!

🎗️ WHEN SHOULD YOU GET SCREENED?
Screening recommendations vary among medical organizations, but here are two commonly used guidelines for women at average risk:

🩷 American Cancer Society (ACS):
• Ages 40–44: Option to begin annual mammograms.
• Ages 45–54: Annual mammograms recommended.
• Age 55 and older: Mammograms every other year or continue annually.

🩷 U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF):
