🌑 THE NEW MOON: A NEW WAY FORWARD ✨

The new moon offers us an opportunity to pause, turn inward, and become intentional about the energy we are bringing into our lives.

Rather than simply wishing for something to change, we can begin by asking ourselves: Who am I becoming? What am I ready to make room for? And what inner shifts will help me move toward the life my soul is calling me to live?

✨ Manifestation begins within us. It’s about more than setting intentions. It’s about becoming aware of our thoughts, shifting our energy, releasing what no longer serves us, and aligning ourselves with the possibilities we want to welcome.

This is part of the work we do together in my monthly Virtual and In-Person Soul Circles 4 Transformation. For a decade, I’ve been bringing women together to create sacred space for self-discovery, energy work, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, and intentional manifestation.

When we step away from the noise of everyday life and gather with intention, we create space to listen more deeply, reconnect with our souls, and explore what becomes possible when we work with our energy rather than simply wishing things were different.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to begin. 💙

🌙 Join me for a future circle and give yourself the gift of time, connection, and soul-centered transformation.

✨ Virtual and in-person gatherings
✨ A welcoming space for reflection, intention, and growth
✨ An opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom and live your soul’s truth

🍂 Weekend feels, fall air, coffee, and a little soul time. ☕️

There’s something about October that invites me to slow down, take a deep breath, and appreciate the simple things. Fall has always been my favorite season ~ the crisp air, the changing leaves, and the reminder that there is beauty in every season of life.

This week, I’ve been working in my backyard with my coffee and laptop, listening to the birds sing their own beautiful soundtrack. 🐦 Sometimes, the best office is the one that brings us back to nature, grounds our energy, and gives us space to just be.

I’m intentionally slowing down a little this October, making room to breathe, create, reflect, and enjoy the season before a busy November filled with clients and several psychic fairs.

As we head into the weekend, I hope you give yourself permission to slow down, step outside, listen to the birds, and find a little magic in the ordinary.

✨ You don’t always have to do more to receive more. Sometimes, you just need to be still enough to notice what’s already here.

Wishing you a peaceful, soul-nourishing fall weekend! 🍁~ Ivy

IF EVERYTHING WE LOVE WILL BE LOST IN TIME, WHAT IS THE POINT OF LOVE?
Wonderful answer by a Buddhist Monk

A man once asked a Buddhist monk:

“If everyone we love will someday leave—through distance, change, or death—then what is the point of loving at all?”

The monk looked at him quietly for a moment and asked:

“If a flower blooms for only a few days, does that make it meaningless?”

“No,” the man replied softly.

The monk smiled.

“Then why do we believe something must last forever to have value?”

The man became silent.

“Music ends.
Sunsets fade.
Childhood passes.
Seasons change.

And yet, none of these things become meaningless simply because they do not last forever.”

“But love hurts because it does not stay,” the man whispered.

The monk nodded slowly.

“Yes. Love can hurt because life is temporary. But perhaps that same impermanence is what makes love so precious.”

He pointed toward the fading sunset.

“If the sun never set, would you notice every sunset with the same wonder?”

Tears filled the man’s eyes.

“So we are meant to lose everything?” he asked quietly.

The monk replied:

“In Buddhist teachings, we are reminded that everything conditioned by life is subject to change.

People come.
People go.
Bodies age.
Moments pass.
Relationships transform.

Suffering can become heavier when we demand permanence from something that was never permanent.”

The man lowered his head.

“Then how do I love without fear?”

The monk smiled gently.

“By understanding that love is not possession.

It is presence.”

He continued:

“The purpose of love is not to own someone forever. It is to experience connection, kindness, growth, laughter, comfort, and warmth while life gives you the opportunity.

And when someone is no longer beside you, the love they gave does not simply become meaningless.

It may remain in your memories, your lessons, your compassion, and in the person you became because you knew them.”

The man whispered:

“So love is still worth it… even if it ends?”

The monk smiled one final time.

“A beautiful song is still worth hearing, even though it ends.

A sunset is still worth watching, even though it fades.

And a loving heart is still worth opening, even though life is temporary.”

MORAL:

Love is not made meaningless by impermanence. Its value comes from the moments we are given to share, the lives we touch, and the person we become through loving. Do not refuse a beautiful chapter simply because you know it cannot last forever.

Love deeply.
Appreciate fully.
Hold gently.

Do you live with debilitating physical pain, unexplained symptoms, or a diagnosed illness?

So many people I meet share their struggles with illness and chronic pain and I understand more than you might realize.

Because this was me.

More than a decade ago, I was searching for answers. I was hurting physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew something inside of me was telling me to look deeper.

That was when I began to chase the mystical.

I started exploring the connection between our thoughts, our emotions, our energy, our beliefs, and the way we experience our lives. I learned that transformation isn’t always about finding one magical answer. Sometimes it’s about becoming willing to see ourselves and our lives in an entirely different way.

These words from Dr. Joe Dispenza in the clip I’m sharing really speak to that journey:

“I chase the mystical.”
“We don’t see things as they are; we see things as we are.”
“When you change your circuitry, you change the way you see things.”
“Nobody changes until they change their energy.”

Those words resonate with me because I know what it feels like to be searching for a way forward.

And I also know that healing is not always linear. It isn’t about pretending pain or illness doesn’t exist, and it certainly isn’t about blaming ourselves for being sick. Medical care matters. Our physical bodies matter.

But so does the soul.
So does our energy.
So do the stories we’ve carried.
So do the beliefs we’ve developed.
And sometimes, so does the willingness to ask:

What if there is another way of seeing this?
What if there is more to my story?
What is my soul trying to tell me?

That question changed the direction of my life.

It ultimately led me to the work I do today, helping others explore the deeper layers of themselves, connect with their intuition, and listen to what their soul may be saying about the next chapter.

I don’t claim to have all the answers.

But I do believe there is more to us than what we can see.

And sometimes, the most powerful transformation begins when we become curious enough to chase the mystical. ✨

What if your next chapter begins with seeing yourself and your life in a completely new way?

In my one-on-one Soul Coaching and our monthly Soul Circles, we intentionally work with our energy, shift old patterns, and create space to connect more deeply with our soul’s truth. It’s about moving beyond simply thinking about change and beginning to feel, embody, and step into it.
