👻 Welly, our Wellness Ghost, stopped by yesterday!

He told us he was feeling a little spooky, so we decided not to trick him, but treat him to all our amenities and a few of his favorite services! 🎃✨
Be like Welly… take a break, treat yourself, and don’t be spooky! 👻🤍

Our hearts (and our sweet tooth ) are feeling extra full today! 🧁✨

We are SO thankful for every client who walks through our doors and allows us to be a small part of their lives. Your kindness, support, and thoughtful gestures never go unnoticed. We always feel so blessed when you treat us to goodies from The Swanhouse Bakery & Cafe!

It’s the little things that remind us just how special our clients are, and we never take that love for granted. Thank you for supporting us, loving on us, and making what we do even sweeter! 🤍

We’re so grateful to be a small part of Lorne’s journey as he takes on 140 miles from Fitzgerald to Jekyll Island to raise awareness and $10,000 for MOST, Men Opposing S*x Trafficking.

From prep and recovery to cheering him on along the way, we’re honored to support Lorne as he uses his passion for cycling to bring awareness to such an important cause.

You don’t have to ride 140 miles to make a difference. You can follow the journey, pray, share, and give.

We’ll be cheering you on every mile, Lorne! 🚴🏼‍♂️

🎃👻 Don’t Ghost Your Massage Therapist 🎃

So… we need to talk.

You said, “I’ll definitely be back soon.”

And then I haven’t seen you since approximately the Jurassic Era. 🦖😂

Meanwhile, your shoulders are somewhere around your ears, your neck is plotting against you, and that knot we worked on last time has officially moved in rent-free. 👻

🕷️ Consider this your official October intervention. 🎃 We do have openings this week!

You don’t have to wait until you’re walking around like a haunted skeleton to book your next massage. 💀

Come get:
🍂 Your muscles un-haunted
🎃 Your stress exorcised
👻 Your shoulders returned to their proper location
🕸️ Your sanity hopefully restored 😂

And if you’ve been ghosting me… I forgive you.
Mostly.

And then… BOOK YOUR OCTOBER MASSAGE. 😂 Spaces are filling up fast.

A little Monday reminder: you are not who you used to be.🤍

God’s grace has rescued you, transformed you, and given you every reason to walk into this week with fresh hope and wonder.

May we never get too familiar with the grace that saved us. ✨
