Well, today there was a tornado warning and alert to take shelter here in Flagstaff, AZ, 7,000 ft up in the mountains, in case you weren't sure.

I have been up since 4 am watching and listening to all the rain, hail, winds, lightning, and thunder, so OF COURSE it has to be soup weather.

My Mom would be thrilled. Well, I know she is because I could feel her spirit with me while cooking today.

Next, of course, will be some yummy baking, as that is my happy place. I'm thinking scones and brownies.

We Gather Tonight

Tonight is our weekly A Way Forward Meditation Group, and if you’ve been needing a little space to breathe and come back to yourself, you’re invited.

We’ll spend about 45–60 minutes together grounding, connecting, activating the Light within, inviting the support of our Angels and Guides, and moving into guided meditation.

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need to have the right words.

And you don’t have to show up feeling peaceful before we begin.

You can simply arrive exactly as you are.

Sometimes we move through the day without realizing how much we’ve picked up from conversations, responsibilities, worries, other people, and everything happening around us.

That’s one reason grounding has been such an important part of my own daily practice.

Tomorrow during our FREE Live 7-Day Reset Q&A, I’m going to take you through the grounding practice I personally use to connect with Mother Earth, connect with the Divine, and come back into balance between Heaven and Earth.

This FREE live gathering isn’t meant to be a presentation where you simply sit and listen to me talk about the 7-Day Reset.

We’ll have time for your questions, but I’ll also guide you through two practices that are part of my own spiritual routine:
