For nine years, Kaibab Behavioral Services has supported children and families across Northern Arizona. As a locally owned and BCBA-operated practice, we’re proud to serve the community we call home—and we’re looking for people to grow with us. 💛

We’re hiring:
✨ RBTs — starting at $23/hour with active RBT certification
✨ Part-time BCBAs

If you value connection before correction, play, and assent-based care that respects each child’s voice, we’d love to meet you. Bring your creativity, compassion, and commitment to helping children build skills that matter in their everyday lives.

Did you know some of the best learning opportunities can happen right at home? From practicing communication during snack time to building independence while getting dressed, everyday routines can help children develop skills that make a difference in daily life.
At Kaibab Behavioral Services, our BCBA-led team brings individualized, in-home ABA therapy directly to families, helping children practice meaningful skills in the environments where they naturally happen. Because progress doesn’t always come from a special toy or structured activity — sometimes, it starts with the little things we do every day. 🌱

Today was about more than a team meeting—it was about connection, growth, and choosing how we want to show up for one another and the families we serve. 💙

We celebrated our Q3 progress, strengthened our caregiver-support tools, practiced programs together, and committed to providing consistent, compassionate care in Q4.

When we invest in our team, we strengthen the care we provide. I’m incredibly grateful for the people who continue learning, collaborating, and expanding the reach of compassionate care alongside me.
