Our artists, Patrick Sans and Darren Babbitt specialize in custom, bold colored tattoos in the Japanese and American Traditional style. We also offer professional piercings by Jill Sans, APP member, and Robyn Campbell. We also carry a large selection of jewelry in high quality steel, titanium, gold, glass and a wide variety of organic materials.

In honor of the shop’s anniversary, we have a little lore drop for you!

Did you know Pat has been tattooing in Flagstaff since 1996? He got his start in the back of a hair salon before opening his own studio in 1999. We even stumbled across an old ad for the shop in a phone book, which you can check out on the second slide!

It’s been a long road with plenty of ups and downs, but through it all, Pat has kept Burly Fish going. None of it would have been possible without the incredible clients who have supported the shop over the years.

We love Pat, we love our clients, and we love Burly Fish! Here’s to 27 years of tattoos, piercings, memories, and good people. Hopefully 27 more to come! 💚🪷🎉
