📣Senior Resource Expo Highlight

We loved connecting with the community at the Senior Resource Expo today. Our table focused on mindfulness-based activities that support memory, focus, and cognitive wellness for older adults and individuals living with memory disorders.

🧠 Mindfulness Tools We Shared:
• Large-print word searches
• Mindfulness coloring books
• Yoga mats
• Stress balls
• Other calming, brain-engaging activities

Many seniors were pleasantly surprised that everything was FREE— and we encouraged them to take whatever they needed!😊
