Exciting news! I am now offering Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD.

OCD is much more than wanting things to be neat or organized. It involves unwanted thoughts, images, urges, or doubts that create significant anxiety. To cope with that anxiety, people often engage in compulsions or rituals that provide temporary relief but ultimately keep OCD going.

ERP is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD. It helps people gradually face their fears while learning not to respond with compulsions. Over time, this teaches the brain that anxiety can be tolerated and that OCD does not have to be in control.

ERP is effective for many forms of OCD, including contamination fears, checking, intrusive thoughts, relationship OCD, health anxiety, scrupulosity, and perfectionism.

So proud of the team we have built!

Each therapist brings their own unique experience, training, and therapeutic style, allowing us to serve a diverse range of clients and needs.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is helping potential clients find the therapist who is the best fit for them. I love having such a talented and compassionate team to connect people with.

We offer both virtual and in-person appointments and accept most major insurance plans.

I’m excited to share that I have officially been approved as an EMDRIA Approved Consultant!

This achievement represents years of advanced training, clinical experience, consultation, and dedication to providing high-quality EMDR therapy. Becoming an EMDRIA Approved Consultant is a rigorous process that requires certification in EMDR, extensive experience utilizing EMDR, ongoing education, consultation of my consultation hours, and demonstrated competency in supporting the development of other EMDR clinicians.

As an Approved Consultant, I am now able to provide consultation to therapists seeking EMDRIA Certification and support clinicians as they continue to grow their confidence, skills, and effectiveness in EMDR therapy.

EMDR has been one of the most meaningful parts of my professional journey, and I am honored to contribute not only to the healing of clients but also to the growth of fellow EMDR therapists. I am grateful for the mentors, colleagues, and clients who have been part of this journey and look forward to continuing to learn, teach, and serve.
