Staff had fun and we had a few kiddos participate in the fun!

💙 October 25 is World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day.

Spina bifida is a birth defect affecting the development of the spine and spinal cord. Hydrocephalus occurs when excess cerebrospinal fluid builds up in the brain.

Both conditions can require lifelong medical care, but they do not define a person’s abilities, potential, or worth.

Every child and adult deserves access to healthcare, inclusion, independence, and opportunity.

Awareness begins with understanding. 💙

✨ Meet our Student PTA! ✨

We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Rachel, a PTA student from Freed-Hardeman University, to our team! 💙 She has been such a wonderful addition, and we have truly enjoyed every minute of having her with us.

We can’t believe she only has 2 more weeks with us! We’re soaking up these last few weeks and are so excited to watch her continue growing and learning as she works toward becoming an amazing PTA. 🩵🌈

We’re celebrating Halloween all week long! Our patients are invited to dress up and show off their favorite costumes during their PT sessions. 🧡🖤

Please make sure your child’s costume is safe, comfortable, and allows them to fully participate in their PT activities.

We can’t wait to see all the spooky, silly, and fun costumes! 🎃👻🕷️
