What a day! 🥹🏆

Two incredible women stepped way outside their comfort zones today and absolutely CRUSHED IT at their powerlifting meet! 💪🏼

PRs were hit, Samurai Swords were won ⚔️, and confidence was built.

But one of my favorite parts of today? Watching our Iron Fortress women show up to cheer, encourage, and celebrate them every step of the way. ❤️

So incredibly proud of these two ladies and everyone who showed up to support them.

Already counting down to the next one! 🔥
