Cancer changes more than your diagnosis. It changes the relationship you have with your body.

And for so many women, getting back to feeling strong, energetic, and confident after treatment feels overwhelming.

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself

“I know I should be lifting weights, but I don’t know where to start.”

“I’m so tired. How am I supposed to exercise?”

“I used to be active. I don’t even recognize this version of myself.”

I get it. Because I’ve been there, too.

When I started rebuilding after cancer treatment, I didn’t jump back into the workouts I used to do.

I started where my body was.

Little by little, my strength returned. And with it came something I had missed even more

The confidence to trust my body again. ❀‍đŸ©č

And that’s what I want for YOU! đŸ’ƒđŸ»

To have the energy to do the things you love.

To feel strong enough to keep up with your family.

To stop wondering when you’ll finally feel like yourself again and start taking steps toward getting there.

Because recovering after cancer isn’t just about getting through treatment.

It’s about rebuilding a life you actually have the energy to enjoy.

And you don’t have to figure out nutrition, movement, and recovery on your own.

✹ This is exactly why I created Nourished After Cancer!

And this is your final chance to join us in 2026!

If you’re ready to stop waiting to feel better and start actively rebuilding your life after cancer

Your next chapter deserves more than just getting by!!

10/18/2026

Getting your life back after cancer isn’t about going back to who you were before.

It’s about having the energy to make plans again.

Feeling strong enough to do the things you love.

Trusting your body instead of constantly questioning it.

And waking up knowing how to support yourself instead of wondering what else you should be doing.

That’s what we’re working toward inside Nourished After Cancer.

Not another restrictive diet. Not another overwhelming list of things you SHOULD be doing.

A recovery nutrition plan that brings together nourishment, movement, and support so you can start building a life that feels like yours again.

💕 My final Nourished After Cancer group of 2026 begins October 26!

Cancer recovery taught me something I wish I’d understood a lot sooner

Just because I CAN do more doesn’t mean I SHOULD. 💗

Today, after an hour of strength training and mobility work, I decided to try something I hadn’t done in a long time.

I ran. đŸƒâ€â™€ïž

Well, technically, I did 15 minutes of run/walk intervals. And you know what? It felt AMAZING.

I could have kept going. But I didn’t.

Because one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned through cancer recovery is that rebuilding strength isn’t about pushing yourself to exhaustion.

It’s about finding that balance between challenging your body and giving it what it needs to recover.

I see this struggle with so many women after cancer treatment.

They want their energy back. Their strength back. Their confidence back.

But they think they have to push harder to get there.

You don’t have to prove you’re strong by running yourself into the ground.

Sometimes the biggest win is knowing you could do more
and choosing to save some for tomorrow.

That’s how we build sustainable recovery. One intentional step at a time. 💕

✹ My final Nourished After Cancer group of the year starts soon! If you’re ready to rebuild your energy, strength, and confidence with nutrition and recovery support that meets you where you are, comment SUPPORT and let’s talk about what’s possible for you.

Your pants fit looser after cancer, but carrying groceries feels harder. Getting out of a chair takes more effort. You miss feeling strong.

A smaller body doesn’t always mean you feel better in it.

If you’re noticing these changes, you deserve support with nourishing yourself and finding a manageable starting point for rebuilding.

Inside Nourished After Cancer, we work on practical meals, making room to eat throughout your day, and following through when fatigue or life gets in the way.

My last program of the year starts end of October!

I didn’t rebuild my strength or confidence after cancer by waiting until I felt ready.

I had to stop comparing myself to who I was before cancer and start showing up for the body I have today.

And that’s something I remind the women inside Nourished After Cancer all the time.

You don’t have to do it all.

You don’t have to start with an hour at the gym.

And you certainly don’t have to wait until you feel like yourself again.

Sometimes it’s a 10-minute walk. Sometimes it’s stretching. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to begin.

And if you’re still in treatment or managing lasting side effects, it may mean finding a safe starting point with your care team.

The goal isn’t to get your old body back. It’s to build strength, energy, and confidence in the body you have now.

What’s ONE way you’re going to move your body today? Tell me below!

You’ve spent enough time wondering when you’re finally going to feel like yourself again. ❀

“I’m always tired.”
“I don’t know what I should be eating.”
“I’ve never felt like myself again.”
“I feel lost trying to navigate life after cancer.”

These are the conversations I’m having with women every single day.

And here’s what I want you to consider

What if another 6 months go by and nothing changes?

You’re still exhausted by the middle of the day.
Still second-guessing what’s on your plate.
Still putting off the trip, the workout, the dinner with friends because you’re not sure you’ll have the energy.

It doesn’t have to stay this way.

Inside Nourished After Cancer, we work together to build your recovery nutrition plan, rebuild strength and energy, and create routines that support the life you actually want to live.

Not another list of things you should be doing.

A plan. Guidance. Accountability. A community that gets it.

So you can stop trying to figure everything out alone and start taking meaningful steps toward feeling stronger, more confident, and more like YOU.

❀ Here’s my question:

Are you willing to spend another 6 months hoping things will change on their own, or are you ready to start doing something differently?

You don’t have to figure that out alone.

“Am I eating the right things?”
“Am I doing enough to support my recovery?”

After cancer, those questions can follow you into every meal. Conflicting advice makes it hard to know what to trust.

You deserve to sit down to dinner knowing how that meal fits your nutrition needs
and enjoy it!

Inside Nourished After Cancer, we’ll build your recovery nutrition plan together so you have clear direction, meals that fit your life, and someone to work through your questions with.

After cancer, putting dinner on your plate can come with a hundred questions.

“Is this okay to eat?”
“Should I cut that out?”
“What if I’m doing something wrong?”

Inside Nourished After Cancer, we work through those questions together.

We start with your nutrition needs, symptoms, and the foods you’re avoiding or questioning. Then we build your recovery nutrition plan with practical meals that fit your life.

Each week, we review what you tried, work through what felt difficult, and adjust your next steps. Between calls, you have my chat support when a food label or something online leaves you second-guessing.

We can work toward you knowing what to put on your plate, understanding why it supports your body, and enjoying dinner without another Google search.

❀‍đŸ©čComment SUPPORT below if you want that clarity with food so you can feel confident you have the right support for your body after cancer! đŸ’Ș💃 (Last chance this year!)
