Let’s continue to make space for honest conversations about mental health, remind the people we love that we’re here for them, and give ourselves the same compassion we give to others.

Your mental health matters.

BREAKING: The House of Representatives has passed the Continuing Resolution 370-48 with the h**p extension intact and sent the bill to the President's desk.

Over the past several weeks, thousands of h**p advocates, farmers, businesses, consumers, veterans, and supporters took action to ensure lawmakers understood what was at stake. Because of those efforts, Congress has now approved a one-month extension of the impending federal h**p restrictions, providing valuable time to continue working toward a long-term solution.

Thank you to everyone who sent emails, made calls, signed letters, attended meetings, and shared our message.

This extension is not the finish line. It is an opportunity. We intend to use every day between now and December to advance a regulatory framework that protects consumers, prevents youth access to intoxicating products, and supports a thriving h**p industry.

Today, we celebrate what this community accomplished together. Then we get back to work.

MoreBetter tracked 4,516 people across 36 h**p THC beverages for three weeks each. On days participants drank one, their modeled probability of also drinking alcohol fell from 22.9% to 10.9%, significant for 23 of the 36 products and moving the same direction in every case. What did they think would happen when you do carve outs within the industry. Farmers won’t survive on growing for drinks alone but that’s what big alcohol wants. Death by a thousand paper cuts.

The state has only collected 3% of what it had anticipated from a new h**p tax.
