When we talk about menopause, most women immediately think about hot flashes, night sweats, and weight gain.
But there's another conversation I think we need to have more often.
**Your heart health. ❤️**
As estrogen levels decline during the menopause transition, changes can occur in cholesterol, body fat distribution, and metabolic health.
And these changes may affect your cardiovascular risk over time.
After years of working in cardiology, this is something I'm especially passionate about.
I don't just want women feeling better during menopause. I want them thinking about their health 10, 15, and 20 years from now.
That's why blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, nutrition, and physical activity deserve a place in the menopause conversation.
**Feeling better today matters. Protecting your health for tomorrow matters too.**
💗 When was the last time you had your cholesterol and blood pressure checked?
