Women are moving away from solo wellness and toward shared wellness, why is this? We are craving connection, a space where we belong, can be seen & heard, a space to move together. Makes sense why studies have shown that connection is what sustains healthy habits over time.
Another shift seen in what women are longing for is the focus from optimizing productivity to regulating their nervous system, finding joy, and building community. They are looking for more open conversations related to hormonal health, but with clearer support and access to education.
That is why I built Better Everyday Living. To fill that gap.
But recently have felt the need to shift even more with Olive Tree People in mind. As I’ve been using these products faithfully since earlier this year and have learned more about the company. And this company focuses just on that. Connection and Community.
This is where Better Everyday Living Meets Olive Tree People:
•Their products are Teen SAFE, free of phthalates, parabens, bisphenols, and PFAS compounds.
•Oliveda bans 4,080 ingredients under EU regulation compared to only a few dozen here in the US.
Part of what I teach through the Better Everyday Living Method is lower-tox living. Reducing everyday exposures to endocrine disruptors. It is just missing the community piece.
