I am no longer willing to see myself through the lens of others.
There comes a moment when we begin to recognize how much of who we believe ourselves to be has been shaped by the perceptions, judgments, expectations, and limitations of others.
How quietly we can begin to accept those reflections as our own truth, forgetting that we were never meant to be defined by someone else’s ability to see us.
I am releasing the versions of myself I have unconsciously accepted, the stories I have carried that were never mine to begin with, and the need to be understood by those who may never fully see me.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who I have always been.
There is an ancient wisdom that lives within us. A knowing that reaches beyond this lifetime, beyond conditioning, beyond the noise of the outside world. A wisdom that asks not for permission, but for remembrance.
I am learning to fully embrace all that is already mine. My gifts. My voice. My intuition. My connection to something far greater than myself.
Not shrinking to make others comfortable. Not questioning what my soul has always known. Not seeking validation for a path that was never meant to look like anyone else’s.
I am not here to create a legacy from who the world believes I should be. I am here to create one from the ancient wisdom I came here to remember, embody, and carry forward.
And perhaps the most beautiful part of this journey is realizing that I was never missing anything.
I was simply being called home to myself. 🤎
