🍓 From paintbrushes to porch views… the Strawberry House is finally ready.

What started as a renovation project has become a cozy farmhouse stay in the Missouri Ozarks where guests can slow down, unplug, and enjoy a peaceful weekend getaway surrounded by nature.

Every room, every detail, and every late night was worth it to create a place that feels warm, welcoming, and memorable.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing Missouri vacation rental, a quiet Ozarks getaway, or a unique farm stay with optional wellness experiences, we can’t wait to welcome you.

🏡 Would you stay here for a weekend? Tell me your favorite room below!

You’re not sad… you just need Embodied Ranch and a horses connection.

Behind the scenes of preparing Ranch for our next guests 🌾✨

One of my favorite parts of this journey is creating peaceful spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience true nervous system rest.

From cozy cabins and fresh meals to massage, somatic healing, equine connection, Reiki, and sound therapy… every detail is created with intention.

This is a place to reset your body, mind, and spirit.

If you’ve been curious about the work I offer…
this is it in its purest form.

🐴Research shows horses can synchronize heart rhythms with humans, helping bring the body back into regulation.

🐴When you’re in their presence, your body begins to respond.

-Your breath slows.
-Your heart rate softens.
-Your guard comes down.
-You feel safe.

🐴If you struggle with PTSD, chronic stress, or feeling constantly on edge…this could be your way back to regulation.

Your body is quietly asking for a reset, and THIS is your invitation.

This woman is the real deal. Her work in integrative trauma healing, holistic informed care, and body-based practices is going to deepen every offering we create together.

After just one sacred dance session to call in the flow (yes, we moved our hips, hearts, and energy together like the priestesses we are), we landed the exact tools we want our retreat guests to take home, ones that will ripple into your daily life.

We also got on the line with our other powerhouse teammate, Jacquelynn — the ultimate visionary, who helps turn all of our wild ideas into actual magic — and together, we locked in our next retreat date. ✨

🔥 More details coming soon.

But today? We celebrate Lizzy.
Thank you for being such a force, sis. This movement wouldn’t be what it is without your passion and medicine.

Let’s keep dancing this into reality.
Happy Birthday! 💃🏼💚
