I'm not going to lay out the whole plan in a caption. That's a longer story.
But here's the shape of it: a strict low-carb framework built around two hard numbers. Training with someone who understood muscle and metabolism far better than I did. And unlearning a relationship with sugar I'd had since childhood.
Over four months, that unmeasurable number came down to 7.1.
Not "cured." Not a finish line. But real, meaningful movement — after twenty years of feeling stuck.

I grew up eating whatever I wanted.
Played sports every season.
Never gained a pound.
In the world most of us grow up in, that's the whole test — if your weight doesn't move, you must be fine.
Nobody checks blood sugar on a lean, active teenager. There's no reason to.
But weight and metabolic health were never the same measurement. It took me twenty years to understand the gap between them.
