If a clinic runs your testosterone test and hands you a result in 15 minutes with a sticker on a piece of paper, seek evaluation elsewhere.

Screening tools tell you if further investigation is needed. They are not diagnostic labs. Hormone assays are sensitive and require critically maintained lab equipment, the kind most clinics don't have on-site.

That's why we don't run in-clinic labs. Every test goes out to gold-standard labs, because we're not comfortable diagnosing or managing your care on anything less.

If there's one thing we want you to know: primary care offices typically aren't logistically set up to properly manage hormones.

For women, hormones shift on multiple timeframes throughout the day. For men, it runs on basically a 24-hour cycle. Finding the right approach for each individual, at the right frequency, takes real focus and real effort.

That focus is exactly why our patients see the outcomes they do, and why they're genuinely satisfied with their care.

Meet Sandra, our RN who’s been with the clinic since day one.

Her own story is a big part of why she believes in what we do here. After a partial hysterectomy in her early forties, her ovaries were still intact, still producing hormones, but with no period to track, the symptoms she started experiencing didn’t add up to an obvious cause. Anxiety, trouble sleeping, hot flashes, all while providers kept sending her in different directions with no one really connecting the pieces.
