Every breastfeeding journey looks a little different.

Sometimes it isn’t about finding one “right” answer. It’s about having someone who will listen, troubleshoot with you, and help you find what works for you and your baby.

Hearing stories like this is exactly why I love what I do.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of such a special season. It was an honor to walk alongside your family.

If you’re looking for personalized lactation support, I’d love to help.

No two babies are the same.

No two moms are the same.

So why would every family need the exact same plan?

One of the biggest parts of my job is listening. I want to understand your goals, your concerns, your feeding journey, and what matters most to your family.

From there, we create a plan that fits your baby and your life.

Because the best support isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personalized, compassionate, and built around you.

One thing I’ve noticed throughout my career is the gap between the support families receive in the hospital and the support they have once they get home.

For many parents, that’s when the questions begin.

That’s also when they often feel like they’re on their own.

Every family deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based lactation support, regardless of their circumstances.

My hope is to help bridge that gap by meeting families where they are, answering their questions, and making sure they know they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Because support shouldn’t stop when you leave the hospital.

No two babies are the same.

That includes babies in the same family.

Just because you’ve breastfed before doesn’t mean this journey will look the same. Every baby has different needs, every postpartum experience is different, and every family deserves care that’s tailored to them.

That’s why I take the time to listen before creating a care plan. Together, we’ll find an approach that fits you, your baby, and your goals.

Personalized support can make all the difference.

One of the biggest changes we’ve seen?

Families who prepare before baby arrives often feel more confident when it’s time to start breastfeeding.

That doesn’t mean everything goes perfectly. Babies are wonderfully unpredictable.

But having the knowledge, knowing what to expect, and understanding where to turn for support can make those first few weeks feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

You don’t have to wait until you’re struggling to get support.

The best time to prepare is before your baby is even here.

For a lot of families, breastfeeding support ends the day they leave the hospital.
But that’s often when the questions start.

Every baby is different. Every feeding is different. And every family deserves support as they figure out what works best for them.

My goal is to help bridge that gap so you don’t have to navigate those early days on your own.

Whether it’s preparing before your baby arrives or getting support once you’re home, you deserve someone in your corner every step of the way.

Breastfeeding can be such a beautiful experience, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy.

I meet so many moms who feel like they just have to push through the pain or figure it out on their own. I don’t think it has to be that way.

Every mom deserves support. Every mom deserves someone in her corner. And every mom deserves the chance to enjoy breastfeeding, not just survive it.

That’s why I started Bonding Lactation.

If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or feeling overwhelmed with breastfeeding, know that you don’t have to do it alone.
