YOUR MESSAGE
Winter invites you into stillness. Though the world may feel cold, barren, or quiet, you’re being reminded that warmth and light still burn within you. This is a time to rest deeply, to listen inwardly, and to trust the quiet wisdom of your heart.

In nature, winter is a season of pause. The trees are bare, the ground is hard, and many creatures retreat into hibernation. Though little appears to be happening on the surface, deep renewal is taking place beneath the soil. Roots are strengthening, seeds are resting, and life is gathering strength for the return of spring.

When Winter appears, it’s a call to embrace stillness in your own life. You may be in a cycle where outward growth feels slow or invisible, but that doesn’t mean you’re without purpose. Like the Earth, you’re gestating wisdom. Even if the world around you feels cold or challenging, this card reminds you that your heart can be a hearth—a place of warmth, light, and love.

Winter also teaches you to trust that rest isn’t weakness, but preparation. The pause is sacred. By honoring it, you gather the strength to step fully into the seasons ahead.

Sit in silence with a warm drink or by a candle flame. Place your hands over your heart and feel its warmth.

30 Minute Talk at the 9/13 Fair - "How Your Own Body's Energy Can be Harnessed for Health & Wellness” w/ Sherri Reed.

This short talk will introduce you to phototherapy and the use of a patented stem cell activation technology harnessing your own body's released energy to produce endogenous peptides such as GHK Copper. In this presentation, we will answer the most burning questions:
