💰 $17/hour

📍 In-Person Position (Male care giver preferred by family)

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Community Living Support professional to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and their family. ❤️

This position provides personalized support to children with developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral health needs, and other challenges. You’ll help children build independence, work toward their personal goals, safely participate in everyday activities, and thrive at home and in their community.

What you’ll do:

Support children in reaching goals outlined in their Person-Centered Service Plan

Help with everyday activities and developing independence

Maintain a safe, supportive environment

Provide community support and assistance with appointments/outings

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Work collaboratively with families and other members of the care team

What we’re looking for:

Preferred male applicant (family requested male caregiver)

High school diploma or GED

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral health needs is strongly preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge of special education or behavior management is a plus

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

CPR certification is preferred, but not required to apply

Willingness to complete required training, including CPR
