Summer vacation may be well underway, but the school year will be here before you know it! For the month of July, we are partnering with Burners Block to support the Frederick County Boys and Girls Club with a Back to School Drive. Participating is easy; just donate at least one item from each category and receive five-dollars off.

All items donated must be new with tags or unopened/unused to qualify. While you can only redeem the discount once per day, you can bring supplies by multiple days for more savings. Got questions? Ask your budtender the next time you stop by.

Juneteenth is not just a day of celebration, but a day of rememberance. While slaves in Confederate States were declared free on January 1, 1863, not all slaves were free. It wasn't until June 19, 1863 that the final group of more than 250,000 enslaved black people were freed by an Executive Decree. Which we celebrate today as Juneteenth. But even still, the history of suffering continues.

To ignore black history is to ignore c*nnabis history. It is because of marginalized communities, and their continued desire to fight, that we have access to medical and recreational c*nnabis today. To ignore the systemic issues we still have today amongst those same marginalized communities is to ignore progression of the c*nnabis community.
