Harmony Within Holistic

Singing bowls, gongs, Native American style flute, shamanic drum, standing in a singing bowl, chimes, & more!
Fire ceremony to release!

What more could you want?

Join me at the beautiful Xa Loi Temple Meditation Center for a sound vibration journey and personal fire ceremony to release what is weighing you down.

The October Hunter’s Moon will be in the grounded, earthy sign of Ta**us.

In this busy retrograde season (with 6 planets currently in retrograde!) this full moon will provide stability to allow us to reassess, review, and release what no longer serves our current personal timeline.

*what needs a revisit to heal

* reevaluate where we are in life to make the changes needed to live in soul alignment and harmony

With the full moon energy, sound vibration helps us uncover what may be hidden and to release layers of ourselves, of pain, of trauma that we no longer need to carry.

As we enter the last part of the year, before the holiday season begins, take some time for yourself.

Tickets: $30
Only 10 spots left and expected to sell-out

Thank you Melissa Perlman for fixing my photo!🥰

This weekend I was invited to play for Rosemary Lombard & Joy Andrews, L.Ac at Casa Om Potomac
This was our 3rd collaboration! I just love Rosemary & Joy, they bring the most amazing folks together. I highly recommend their retreats & work!

I brought out my Sri Yantra gong (3rd photo) that I haven’t played in quite awhile. This yantra balances masculine & feminine energies of Shakti & Shiva. As well as a powerful manifesting symbol to meditate on.

A couple photos are some selfies I was playing around with to get some photo ideas. While setting up I noticed how amazing the double reflection of the gongs framed by the background decor & windows in the mirror reflection.

It’s eclipse season! And we get to see the lunar eclipse!🙌🏻

HEADS UP! 🌖🔴 This week a LUNAR ECLIPSE will be visible across the United States Thursday evening into early Friday morning (Aug 27/28)! 96% of the Moon’s visible disk will slip into Earth’s shadow. So close to totality that most of it will have a red tint while only a thin bright sliver remains.

Peak Viewing Times
Eastern: 12:13 AM (Friday)
Central: 11:13 PM (Thursday)
Mountain: 10:13 PM (Thursday)
Pacific: 9:13 PM (Thursday)

Only wild card of course will be your local weather, hope for the best! This should be one of the best lunar eclipses visible from the Unites States until the next total lunar eclipse in December 2028. Enjoy and get those cameras ready!
