Asbury Asbury Communities is redefining senior living with purpose, wellness & community. Faith-inspired. Mission-driven. 9 communities strong.

Anticipate More Than Senior Living. Even with eight nationally accredited senior living communities across three states, there's more to Asbury than vibrant retirement living and quality long-term care services. For us, doing all the good we can means exploring exciting new opportunities to help other people of all ages live their best possible lives. It means doing more good in the regions where we operate. It means pushing the boundaries of senior wellness through innovation, technology and strategic relationships. And it means fostering a nurturing, enriching environment for others to work and help those in need.

What if the people you meet at work became some of the people you most look forward to seeing?
That’s what Rachel’s story captures about life at Asbury. Belonging isn’t limited to a team, a department, or a job description. It grows in the relationships between associates and residents, and in the everyday moments that make a community feel like one.

We had an incredible day celebrating our associates at the Asbury Support & Collaboration Center’s Azzy Awards Ceremony!

Awards were presented across Customer Centricity, Leadership Excellence, Operational Excellence, Promotes Belonging, Strategic Innovation, and Well‑Being Focused - recognizing the outstanding contributions that make Asbury truly exceptional.

We also celebrated years of service, a introduced a new recognition from the Asbury Foundation - the Associate Loyalty Society, honoring associates reaching consecutive-year giving milestones.

And during our Centennial Year, this celebration feels even more special. For 100 years, Asbury has grown, evolved, and served because of the heart and dedication of our associates. Today’s winners continue that legacy with pride.

Congratulations to all of our Azzy Award recipients!

He didn’t come in on Christmas because he had to. He came in because he wanted to be there.
Sometimes, culture shows up in the simplest moments: a cup of coffee, a conversation and choosing to spend time with people who have become more than the residents you serve.
That sense of connection and belonging is at the heart of a continuing care retirement community…and part of what it means to live and work at Asbury.

There’s no single way to stay active and engaged!

For one person, it might be a drumming class. For someone else, it could be volunteering, trying a new recipe, joining a discussion or simply spending more time with friends.

That’s what Asbury’s EngAge Well approach is all about: creating opportunities for residents to explore their interests, connect with others and find meaning in what matters most to them.

During Active Aging Week, we’re celebrating the associates across Asbury who bring this approach to life every day through new experiences, meaningful connections and personal choice.

In his latest blog, Asbury Communities Chief Operating Officer Todd Andrews shares how EngAge Well is creating more opportunities for residents to stay active and engaged on their own terms.

What keeps you feeling connected, energized and excited about life?

Maybe it is taking a walk, trying something new, spending time with people you love or sharing your talents with others.

Active aging looks different for everyone...and it is about much more than exercise.

For Active Aging Week, Asbury’s Dr. Sue Paul sat down with Colin Milner, CEO of the International Council on Active Aging, for a thoughtful conversation about staying involved in the parts of life that matter most.

It is an idea at the heart of Asbury’s Engage Well approach: helping residents connect, grow, contribute, and find joy in ways that are meaningful to them.
