Rob came to RAMP seeking employment services to find a new job, as his nighttime job was affecting his work-life balance. After several months of applying and not hearing back, he was successfully hired as a part-time janitor. His new employer has been very involved in ensuring Rob has the accommodations needed to be successful, and Rob remains happy, stating that "I like doing different things every day and I am glad that I do not have to wait until nighttime to work, so I can watch my television shows."

Image description: "What made you want to work at RAMP? Before coming to RAMP, I worked at Remedies Renewing Lives. After leaving there, I went into sales for a number of years, selling w**e and liquor. I wanted to get out of sales and go back to doing something that means something to myself and to my community. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? I enjoy relaxing at home with my girlfriend, our two great Pyrenees, and our three cats. I also enjoy taking my camera out on a hike. What’s something on your bucket list? To travel more. Specifically to Europe and Asia."
