🦷✨ Big things happening at Waypoint PT!

This past weekend, Andrew completed his Advanced TMJ Training Level II to continue building his skills and expand the ways he can help patients find relief from jaw pain! We’re always looking for ways to grow our knowledge and provide the best possible care for our patients. 💪

Then yesterday, we had the pleasure of connecting with our friends at Cape Cottage Family Dental for a lunch and learn! 🥪🤝 We loved sharing more about what we offer at Waypoint and how physical therapy can play an important role in treating TMJ/TMD, jaw pain, and related symptoms.

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with other local healthcare providers and work together to help our community feel and move better!

At Waypoint, we’re proud to participate in periodic journal reviews as part of the Pinnacle Rehab Network. Staying current with the latest research and sharing knowledge across our network is an important part of providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

Today, Matt from Atlantic Physical Therapy led a discussion on the article “Specific and Shared Mechanisms Associated With Treatment for Chronic Neck Pain: The SS-MECH Mechanistic Clinical Trial.”

Sessions like these give our clinicians the opportunity to review current research, discuss how findings apply to clinical practice, and continually refine the way we care for our patients.

Research-backed clinical interventions matter. And staying up to date with the latest evidence isn’t just an individual responsibility—it’s a shared value across the Pinnacle Rehab Network.

What a night! ⛳️🚁

We had the absolute best time participating in the Great Golf Ball Drop hosted by the Freeport Chamber of Commerce! With two golf ball drops throughout the evening, we were incredibly lucky to head up for the second round with our helicopter friend and help send golf balls down onto the course. 🚁⛳️

Such a fun way to celebrate our amazing local community, and what a beautiful night at Maine Golf! Thank you to the Freeport Chamber for putting on such a memorable event. 💙
