🌺 At Jessica’s Reiki Healing, I believe healing is more than caring for the body. It is about reconnecting with our roots, honoring those who came before us, and finding balance within our mind, body, and spirit. ❤️
🐦 THE HUMMINGBIRD — JOY, RESILIENCE & THE SPIRIT OF LIFE
In many Indigenous traditions and in Mexican cultural symbolism, the hummingbird is associated with courage, vitality, love, and perseverance. Despite its tiny size, it travels great distances and never stops moving forward. It reminds us that even through life's hardest seasons, we carry the strength to keep going and the ability to find sweetness again. 🌿
🌼 THE MARIGOLD — HONORING OUR ANCESTORS
The vibrant orange marigolds, known as cempasúchil in Mexican tradition, are deeply connected to Día de los Mu***os. Their brilliant color and fragrance are traditionally believed to help guide the spirits of loved ones back to those who remember them. They symbolize remembrance, love, and the enduring connection between the living and our ancestors. 🧡
🌺 THE FLOWERS — LIFE, BEAUTY & RENEWAL
Flowers remind us that healing takes time. We all experience seasons of loss, transformation, and new beginnings. Like a flower, we can bloom again, even after difficult times. Their beauty reminds us to nurture ourselves, honor our journey, and allow our spirits to grow.
🍎 THE FRUIT — ABUNDANCE, NOURISHMENT & THE GIFTS OF LIFE
The fruit in the picture symbolizes the blessings, nourishment, and abundance that come from being connected to our roots. Fruit carries seeds, reminding us that every generation holds the potential for new growth, wisdom, and possibility. It also represents the sweetness we can experience after seasons of patience, healing, and care. Just as a tree offers its fruit, we are encouraged to share our love, gifts, and knowledge with others while receiving the nourishment we need to continue growing.
🕯️ THE CANDLE — LIGHT, GUIDANCE & REMEMBRANCE
The candle represents the light we carry within us and the spiritual guidance that helps us move through times of uncertainty. Its flame honors the presence and memory of our ancestors, keeping their love, wisdom, and stories alive. The candle also symbolizes hope, prayer, protection, and the transformation that happens when we create space for healing. Even a small flame can bring warmth and illuminate the path forward.
🌳 THE ROOTS — OUR CONNECTION TO THOSE BEFORE US
The roots beneath this woman represent ancestry, grounding, identity, and the wisdom passed down through generations. Our roots remind us that we do not walk alone. We carry the resilience, stories, traditions, and strength of those who came before us.
As a healer honoring my Native American and Mexican roots, I recognize the importance of remembering where we come from while continuing to grow into who we are meant to be. Our traditions are not simply part of our past; they can be a source of meaning, connection, and strength in our present.
✨ YOUR REMINDER TODAY:
Honor your roots. Protect your peace. Allow yourself to heal. Receive the nourishment and abundance life offers, keep your inner candle burning, and never forget that even after the darkest season, you can bloom again.
At Jessica’s Reiki Healing, I welcome you to take time for yourself, reconnect with your energy, and create space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. ❤️
