The Spiritual Significance of Navaratri 🌺🙏

Navaratri is a nine-day festival that celebrates the divine feminine energy, or Shakti. It begins during the waxing phase of the Moon, symbolizing growth, renewal, and the awakening of human consciousness.

In Vedic philosophy, the first nine days of the lunar cycle are associated with feminine energy, representing the nine divine energies within us.

Through the sacred movements of Durga Dance, we awaken and move these energies upward, symbolically transforming negativity into positivity, releasing inner blockages, and cultivating strength, courage, balance, and inner harmony.

Navaratri is a beautiful reminder that the divine feminine power resides within each of us, waiting to be awakened. 🌺✨

Thinking of all those who lost their lives 25 years ago. 🕯️

It was 8:00am. I remember standing happily in a long line at the DMV, waiting to get my first California driver’s license. Suddenly, something felt different. People looked toward the sky, and there were no flights. Everything became strangely quiet—even the air seemed to have no voice.

For a moment, I felt as though I were in meditation, witnessing something I could not understand. One by one, people left the office. I left too, searching for answers and trying to understand what was happening.

May the families who lost their loved ones continue to find strength, courage, and peace. 🙏
