“Normal” results don’t always mean you feel normal.

If your labs and ultrasound look fine, but you’re still dealing with painful periods, bloating, pelvic pressure, or a cycle that feels unpredictable, your symptoms still deserve attention.

My work focuses on the abdominal and pelvic area through gentle, external bodywork, with attention to tissue mobility, circulation, tension patterns, and nervous-system support.

Your first visit starts with a conversation and assessment so we can look at the bigger picture—not just a lab value.

If your test results have never quite matched how you feel, you’re welcome to start there. 🤍 , , , , and

You’ve done the consults. You have a protocol and a start date. And between now and then you’re told to wait, eat well, and manage your stress.
People assume this work is an alternative to fertility medicine. It isn’t always. A lot of times it’s preparation for it. Circulation, tissue mobility, and a nervous system that isn’t braced before a transfer, not instead of one.
It’s called Mercier Therapy. External only, nothing internal, a structured series planned around your clinic’s protocol and its dates.
I’m Esperanza Richart, in Fresno. I hold fertility certification in Mercier Therapy and advanced clinical certification in Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy. Start with a discovery call DM me to schedule. 💗

Jean-Martin Charcot held public hysteria demonstrations at the Salpêtrière hospital in Paris, standing-room crowds, paying audience members, accounts of applause. Medical historians now believe many of those women had endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic adhesions, or interstitial cystitis. Hysteria was not removed from the diagnostic manual until 1980. If any part of this series resonated with you, I want you to hear this clearly: you were never hysterical, and you were never the problem. If you are ready to work with someone who actually believes that, the link in my bio is where to start.

When pelvic circulation is restricted from scar tissue, tight muscles, old injuries, or even chronic stress, the environment for reproductive health changes. The uterus and ovaries need consistent blood flow to function well, and when that flow is compromised, even subtly, the body feels it. This is one of the reasons hands-on abdominal therapy matters. Not as a promise, but as a way of supporting the body’s own capacity to function well.
If you are on a fertility journey and looking for something grounded and hands-on, I would love to connect.

Galen carried the wandering womb theory into Rome and through medieval Europe, and it never really left. By the Victorian era, hysteria was a diagnosis handed to up to one in four women, with treatments that ranged from enforced bed rest to institutionalization to physician-administered pelvic massage, and eventually a mechanical device, patented in 1880 and sold in medical catalogues. This is Part 2 of The Wandering Womb series. Part 3 closes out with something that deserves to be said out loud.

Researchers are studying menstrual fluid for clues about how the body repairs itself, and I think that is worth paying attention to. Each month, the uterine lining sheds and regenerates, and while the science is still early in many areas, it reminds us of something beautiful: your cycle is doing meaningful work.
I want women to see their bodies with more respect, not less.

Raspberry leaf is one of those herbs people often hear about in pregnancy, but it has long been used as a steady, mineral-rich tea for cycle support as a whole. I think of it as a quiet, nourishing herb, not flashy, just deeply grounding. If you want to keep exploring the herbs I use, I’d love for you to visit my Pure Form Botanical page. Trying to conceive can be deeply frustrating, especially when you keep hearing that everything looks “normal.”
But fertility is about more than test results.
If your body has been under stress, if there is tension in the pelvis, if circulation is not optimal, or if scar tissue is affecting mobility, those are important pieces of the picture too.
This is the work I do: thoughtful, individualized fertility support that meets the body where it is.

When cortisol is chronically elevated, your body borrows from progesterone to keep up, because they share the same building blocks. This is not a personal failure. This is physiology. If your cycles are irregular, painful, or feel like they have a mind of their own, your nervous system may be one of the most important places to begin. I go deep into this in Fix Your Period, my online course opening soon, head over to my website to get on the waitlist. www.pureformhealingarts.com
