🍂 Nutrition Talk Tuesday!!
One of my favorite things to add during seasonal changes…
Did you know Dr. Royal Lee, the founder of Standard Process, used sesame seed oil as part of his nutritional approach and referred to it as “Vitamin T”?
Sesame seed oil contains naturally occurring compounds that can support antioxidant activity and healthy immune function, which is one reason I love incorporating it into our seasonal wellness routines at Sequence.
For our families, we often use it alongside Congaplex® and Kid Cold when appropriate.
I especially love the cold-pressed softgel because you can simply open it and put the oil right into your mouth….so much easier for kids who don't want to swallow a capsule!
It's a simple little tool, with a really awesome history!
