I love this so much, I wanted to share.
Let’s hear it for the sensitive ones!! ❤️💯🎉
I used to be told I needed to “toughen up“ and learn to take ‘constructive’ criticism.
There was no crying or complaining about or arguing or questioning or disobeying what my own young body, mind and spirit told me was inherently wrong.
So I acted out & rebelled and was labeled at a very young age a “brat” and later, a “juvenile delinquent”.
But those were just words from one person.
No legal Authority.
Not my Community.
Not my teachers.
Not my peers.
I never had problems in school and was able to graduate high school early by completing all requirements in 11th grade and started college in my Sr year.
I was nominated by ‘Who’s Who Among American High School Students’ for Leadership & Development in my successful revitalization of our HS Key Club, encouraging girls to join a mostly all boys community service group.
Truth is, I only had issues with 1 person while I was growing up.
And that 1 person had the power and the ability to program my brain and my body to believe that I was unworthy and unlovable and fill my sense of self with seemingly unending shame for most of my life.
Healing the energy of imperfection with a side of sexual abuse and the abandonment & betrayal wounds has been a long hard journey.

And it may never completely be done.
But it IS possible to unravel it, bit by bit into neat little piles and thread by thread, eliminate the untruths and find your true, beautiful divine & good self again. 🧡🙏🏻
