Our little clients get to practice knocking, saying “Trick or Treat” in whichever way they can, waiting and whew—tolerating those silly costumes! Our teens get to help pass out candy, ask social questions about their costumes or the candies they got!

And most of all we get to have some fun!

Here are a few local October events for our friends and families! Several of these events have special sensory hours so be sure to check them out!! 🎃

We encourage our community to remember that everyone may not be able to say Trick or Treat, or thank you. They may not wear a costume and they may not even want the candy! Sometimes walking in a big group, approaching an unknown house, knocking and waiting our turn are the biggest treats of all! 🍭👻
