The glowing eyes. The eerie red light. The face you can't quite see.

It looks like a Halloween costume, but it's one of the most relaxing parts of a visit here.

This is LED red light therapy. The mask sits gently over the face while low-level red light does its work. No needles, no downtime, and nothing to feel except a little warmth. Most patients use the time to close their eyes and unwind.

The last few minutes of a facial matter just as much as the first. Once her skin was cleansed and exfoliated, we finished with what it needs for the days ahead.

Antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E help defend skin against free radicals from sun and everyday exposure, and in Florida that's a lot of exposure. They don't replace sunscreen. They work alongside it.

Hyaluronic acid is already in your skin, and levels drop as we age. Applied on top, it helps skin hold onto moisture without feeling oily.

Then comes sunscreen, tinted or plain. We ask, because most people have a preference.

"Yes."

A first facial comes with a lot of unknowns, like what happens, how it feels and whether it's right for your skin. So we asked her right after.

Her favorite part was dermaplaning.
We use a sterile blade to gently lift dead skin cells and fine "peach fuzz" hair from the surface of the skin. It's one of the ways we exfoliate during a facial.

"Does it tingle at all?" is one of the most important questions we ask during a treatment.

During a peel, we check in with you on a 1–10 scale the whole way through. The tingle builds after each layer, so we wait for it to peak and start easing off before deciding whether to add another coat or stop there.

Layering too soon can push a 6 past a 10 quickly. Waiting keeps a peel effective and comfortable, and it's why no two peels here go exactly the same way. Your skin sets the pace.

Peel, microneedling, BBL — these three get used interchangeably in conversation, and they shouldn't be.

A peel works on the surface. It resurfaces the top layer, so dullness and rough patches soften.

Microneedling works underneath. Tiny controlled channels trigger collagen repair, which is why it's the better answer for indented scarring and firmness.

BBL goes after color specifically — brown spots, sun damage, redness that a peel won't fully clear.

Fall is the practical window for all three. Less sun exposure makes aftercare simpler.

Summer is fun. The pigmentation it leaves behind? Not so much. ☀️🍂

Fall is one of my favorite times to start shifting the focus back to correcting sun damage, improving texture, and getting your skin looking healthy and refreshed again.

Depending on your skin, that might mean BBL, resurfacing, dermaplaning, a customized facial—or a completely different plan.
