🍂🩺 FALL SICK-DAY REMINDER! 🩺🍂

It’s that time of year when sniffles, coughs, and germs seem to make their way through every classroom! 🤧📚

Here are a few simple ways to help keep your little ones healthy:

🧼 Wash those hands! Especially before eating and after school, the playground, or blowing their nose.

💧 Keep them hydrated. Water is always a great choice!

😴 Prioritize sleep. A good bedtime routine helps growing bodies get the rest they need.

🥗 Offer nutritious foods. Fruits, veggies, and balanced meals help fuel busy little bodies.

🤧 Teach “cough etiquette.” Cough into an elbow or tissue—not hands!

❤️ And remember: If your child isn’t feeling well, sometimes the best medicine is a little extra rest, cuddles, and time to recover.

We’re wishing all of our kiddos a happy, healthy fall! 🍁💙

🇺🇸 REMEMBERING SEPTEMBER 11 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the families, first responders, military members, and countless heroes whose lives were forever changed.

❤️ We remember.
🤍 We honor.
💙 We will never forget.

As we remember this day, may we also teach our children the importance of kindness, courage, compassion, and looking out for one another.

🇺🇸 Never Forget. 🇺🇸

🧠✨ DID YOU KNOW? ✨🧠

Your child’s favorite question “WHY?” might actually be helping their brain grow! 😂

When your little one asks “WHY?” for the 47th time today… take a deep breath! 😅 Their curiosity is an important part of learning and development. 🌱

👀 Asking questions helps kids explore the world.
💭 It encourages them to think and problem-solve.
🗣️ Talking with them builds language skills.
❤️ And answering—even when you’re tired—helps them feel heard and supported.

So the next time you hear “But WHY?”…

Remember: you might just be raising a little scientist! 🔬👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

🧠❤️ Back-to-school feelings are real.

A new school year can bring excitement—but it can also bring worry, nervousness or big emotions.

Check in with your child:
💬 “How are you feeling about school?”
💬 “Is there anything you’re worried about?”
💬 “What are you looking forward to?”

And remember: mental health is part of your child’s health.

If your child’s worries are interfering with sleep, school, friendships or everyday life, talk with their pediatrician. You don’t have to wait until things become overwhelming.
