"Peptides" gets talked about as if it names a single product. It names a category, and a wide one.
Your body already uses peptides as signaling molecules across most of its systems, which is why the therapies group the way they do: recovery and tissue repair. Metabolic support. Cognitive and focus. Sleep. Skin and hair. Immune function. Sexual health.
That breadth is the part most people miss. Someone reading about peptides for training recovery often has no idea there's a category for sleep, or for skin — and the one they'd actually benefit from may not be the one that brought them in.
So the useful question isn't which peptide you've read about. It's what you're trying to change.
Bring that to a free consult and your provider will tell you whether there's a peptide for it, and whether it's appropriate for you.
