A constant in my life since high school. Running track quickly turned into needing someone to run the mile, to running at college because I didn't have a sport schedule to follow.
Running has been my lifeline, it has been my therapist, what I relied on when I was grieving, dealing with life changes, or celebrating milestones. It has allowed me the opportunity to have some incredible conversations and to create memories with some of my best friends.
Running isn't just pounding the pavement and getting in the miles, it has been the one and only constant in my life for as long as I can remember.
Rain, snow, sleet; summer, spring, fall and winter, the best and worst of times.
Today marks my #25 half marathon. I am so grateful for the body that has been resilient and didn't let me quit but more grateful to my tribe for always encouraging me💗.
