as I prepped today I felt the cool wind blow through the window, followed by a slow trickling rain, with some soft piano music. what a perfect massage day!

a glimpse into my treatment room. 🫖✨

it starts with some warm tea specific to each guests needs, cozy lights in their favorite color, a personalized massage, and a few warm compresses along the way.

as we enter fall I hope you stay warm and cared for!

✨ what a sweet week! here a little recap of what I got into last week! ✨
🛍️ monday: a friend came to visit from out of town and we gathered so many cute vintage outfits from Goodwill Kentucky | Thrift + Jobs + Second Chances
💆🏻‍♀️ tuesday: a mobile postpartum message session to help sweet momma relax post birth & then a private movement session with 2 sweet clients after.
🍤 wednesday: made shrimp rolls for a friend/client and gave her a massage in my space, went for cookies after PLEASE & THANK YOU & got my Rootbound Farm CSA!
👖thirsday: had brunch The Grales then spent too long organizing my clothes & played around with a new gluten free recipe as we had dinner at our place with friends.
💚 friday: i had my first day PELO at the Galt House Hotel•Suite 1700 with a few new clients & then went to a pool party after to celebrate a friends birthday.
⚽️ saturday: had lunch TEN20 Brewery then headed to the LouCity FC game with friends.
👾 sunday: caught up on anime & game time with my love.

I love my friends, I love eating good food, i love my job, and I love Louisville. 💕

strength elements incorporates into my yoga classes are my favorite! 🤍

this session we spent the first half settling in through restorative time, connecting with the breathe, body, and mind. the second half focused on core & glute engagement with hints of balance challenges wrapped into a yoga flow.

this little room is turning into something special. a few weeks ago it was empty and in need of love. today I had my first appointment in my new space! it was sweet, quiet, full of color, and new things I’ve been learning. 💚

over the past month so much has changed! I’m so grateful for it all! i’ve spent my time moving in new ways, trying new recipes, experiencing a different life here in the city. here are a few pictures to recap my first month in South Carolina! ✨🫶🏻

my favorite parts have been my morning walks & challenging runs with my boyfriend, finding any possibly way to use our crazy growing basil plant, and checking out all the beautiful new plants around me.
