The Real You. It's been awhile since a post. Did you think I stopped what I was doing? Heck no I just wanted a more dramatic pause for awhile đŸ˜†. I still have been on my weight loss journey and plugging away with loss a little at a time and some plateaus. Even though I was frustrated I didn't give up. There were times that I gave into some treats yes but ate them in moderation.
Dr confirmed 85.1lbs down and 75 inches all over, since the first of the year. Didn't really realize until this picture had been taken today that I am finally looking like I have lost. Dr also said that I'm going to have a harder time losing inches now because of all the extra skin and need to get that taken care of as it is causing other issues as well. So will be consulting with a plastic surgeon. However I am sure I will be told that can't have anything done until I get to my goal weight. My goal is to hit ONEderland by December 31st of this year. Only 15 more to go.
