WELLNESS WEDNESDAY!!!

Before this program, I was on numerous medications, suffered from headaches and tummy issues that had plagued me for 40 years, no energy, couldn't sleep, my clothes were too tight and I had no self esteem or confidence.

Now I'm off all my medications, my tummy issues are gone, I sleep well, I have energy enough to keep up with my granddaughters and my self esteem and confidence are soaring! I've gone from a size 14 to a size 2 and have never felt better!
