What an inspiring day at the Oklahoma City Walk MS event! Over $64,000 was raised to support MS research and resources, and our FlexCare Infusion Centers team was honored to be a part of it.

Team members showed up for both the 1-mile and 3-mile walks, exploring the beautiful Wheeler District, sharing a few Ferris Wheel rides and most importantly, standing with those impacted by MS and the incredible society behind them.

We’re so grateful to everyone who represented FlexCare Infusion Centers in-person and virtually. Community means everything and we’re proud to walk beside you.

What is Prior Authorization, and what does it have to do with my therapy at FlexCare?

Prior authorization is the process between your care team and the insurance company to approve coverage of your injection or infusion therapy.

FlexCare's team handles the prior authorization paperwork and communicates with your insurance provider to get you approved for your medication. While our team works hard to complete the process as soon as possible, delays from the insurance company can increase the time it takes to complete prior authorization.
