Are you getting enough quality sleep? Is your mind foggy? Are you struggling with your weight? Do you get sick a lot?
If so, you may not be getting enough sleep.
Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep a night.
---> Set yourself up for a good night’s sleep by:
---> Waking at the same time and get moving right away (no snooze button).
---> Avoid caffeine after 2pm
---> Limit yourself to 1-2 alcoholic drinks.
---> Get some exercise (don’t do an intense workout late in the evening).

In light of new findings of s posture and terrible lower body stability I wanted to show you all how and why I deem these two exercise a good reset for me. The top left is the pelvic tilt test per TPI I score myself limited because of shake and bakey movement with limitations in lumbar spine going into posterior tilt. Bottom left is cat camel dog per lance lol @mytpi trying to limit t-spine flexion/extension and only moving through my lumbar. *important to go into posterior tilt by using your butt (glute max) push like hell with those baby's to get hip extension. Right video- rack pulls to help build lower body stability in my neutral spine. I don't advice loading heavy weight until lumbar moves well and you are able to fire your ass and abs with good control. This exercise will help me maintain lower body stability and endure all the forces that my downswing brings. For me stability is king! It might not be for you.
