If so, you may not be getting enough sleep.

Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep a night.

---> Set yourself up for a good night’s sleep by:
---> Waking at the same time and get moving right away (no snooze button).
---> Avoid caffeine after 2pm
---> Limit yourself to 1-2 alcoholic drinks.
---> Get some exercise (don’t do an intense workout late in the evening).
---> Eat a small to medium dinner.
---> Don’t drink too much before bedtime.
---> Clear your mind and write in a journal.
---> Go to bed at the same bedtime.
