She has also learned how to help her poor circulation & back pain. She is mainly symptom free from all of the above ailments (except for skin rashes) because of applying Lifestyle Choices, Nutrition & Energy Work. Taking Footzoning training in 2010 is where she started making leaps & bounds in her knowledge as well as ability to help others. She absolutely loves sharing what she has learned at a fraction of what it cost her to gain that knowledge. Learning new things brings her a lot of joy. Please know that LoriKay is not a doctor. ✨ Imagine yourself looking back.

Imagine that you've already moved through this season of your life.

You are looking back from the other side.

What happened?

How did you handle it?

Who did you become?

What did you learn?

What did you choose?

What did you stop tolerating?

What did you begin allowing?

How did you feel in your body?

How did you show up in your relationships?

What did you discover about yourself?

And most importantly…
What do you wish you had experienced along the way?

Now bring a little of that experience into today.

Feel it.
Breathe it.
Imagine it.

Then choose one small action that moves you toward it.

Remember:
You may not be able to control every circumstance.

But in each moment, you can pause and ask:

Am I spiraling down—or spiraling up?

What do I want to feel?

Who am I becoming?

What choice moves me toward that woman?

✨ Your future isn't created in one giant decision.

It is created in the moments when you choose what comes next.

I'd love to be the one to support you!

✨ You already know what it feels like to experience bliss.

Take a moment to remember.

Maybe it was an experience in nature.
A hug.
A spiritual experience.
A moment with your children.
Laughter with someone you love.
A peaceful morning.

A time when you felt completely connected, safe, joyful and alive.

Close your eyes and go back there.

Don't just remember what happened.

Remember how you felt.

Take a breath and allow yourself to experience even a little of that feeling again.

Now imagine bringing that feeling with you into the situation you're facing today.

Ask yourself:

“What would this situation look like if I approached it from this place?”

You don't have to wait for the circumstances to change before allowing yourself to experience a little more peace, joy or connection.

Sometimes we can remember our way back to a feeling—and let that feeling influence our next choice. 💛

✨ What are you ready to stop giving power to?

When fear or doubt begins speaking loudly.

You know what to do: pause, Take a breath....
Notice the thought.

Consider prayerfully saying, "In the name of Jesus Christ, reject (what does not align)

You might say:
“In the name of Jesus Christ, I reject fear and doubt. I choose faith, peace and courage. I claim the ability to move forward with clarity and trust.”

Make it specific to what you're facing.

If you're afraid to make a change:
“In the name of Jesus Christ, I claim courage and clarity to take my next right step.”

You don't have to pretend fear isn't there.

You can acknowledge it—and then choose what you will give your attention and faith to.

💛 What would you like to claim today?

Last week I was on a river with my husband and my son.

It wasn't completely smooth sailing.

There was a skunk and items lost.

Luckily the skunk was simply adorable; watching the cadence of his walk.

On the river there was an "Oh No!"

At one point, Bryce's keys fell out of a zipped pocket.

We had to figure out how to get to the bank while he tried to quickly search.

Maneuvering wasn't easy.

There was uncertainty, frustration and a little bit of chaos.

And yet…
In the middle of all of that, I looked up.

I noticed the reeds against the skyline.

I noticed the beauty around me.

I noticed that it was just the three of us on the river.

No other voices.
No traffic.
No distractions.

Just the crickets…
and the sound of the river babbling beside us.

I looked ahead and noticed how smooth and beautiful the river was.

Yes, there was the unknown—and I was still able to experience peace.

That moment reminded me of something I think is important about life:
The river isn't always smooth.
There are twists.
Unexpected obstacles.

Moments when we think, “Oh no…what now?”

Sometimes we have to paddle harder.

Sometimes we have to change direction.

Sometimes we have to pull over and figure things out.

And sometimes…
we simply get to look up and notice the beauty that is still there.

The peaceful moments don't have to wait until everything is resolved.

Peace can exist in the middle of the turmoil.

Maybe that's part of what life is about.

The ups AND the downs.

The calm water AND the rapids.

The moments when everything goes according to plan AND the moments when the keys fall out of your zipped pocket.

What if instead of waiting for life to become perfectly smooth, we learned to experience the beauty while we're still on the river?

Today, notice where you are on your river.

And ask yourself:
What beauty can I see right here?

What peace is available to me right now?

What if I don't have to wait for the river to be calm to enjoy the journey?

✨ Don't rush past the good moments.
We are often so quick to notice what isn't working that we barely pause when something is going well.

A beautiful sunset.
A good conversation.
A belly laugh.
A hug.
A moment of peace.
A prayer that touches your heart.
A tiny victory.

When something feels good, pause and let yourself experience it.
Take a breath.
Notice it.
Feel it in your body.
Stay with it for a little longer.

Say:
“Yes. I want more of this.”

You don't have to wait for a huge life-changing event to experience joy.

✨ Amplify the moments of joy that are already happening.
Let yourself savor them.
Let them become part of your internal experience.
What is one small moment of joy you can slow down and fully receive today? 💛

10/08/2026

✨ What would choosing differently be worth to you?

We often look at the price of making a change.

“What will this cost me?”
“What will I have to give up?”
“What if it's uncomfortable?”

But what if you also asked:

“What will I receive?”

What is the value of feeling more empowered?

The value of greater health?
More joy?
More playfulness?
More peace?
More connection?

More freedom to respond to life instead of simply reacting to it?

And then ask yourself another powerful question:
“What is it costing me to keep doing what I've always done?”

There can be a price to staying exactly where we are, too.

Today, don't judge either choice.

Simply become curious.
✨ What might you receive by choosing something different?

Sometimes recognizing the value of the destination gives us the courage to take the next step.

10/07/2026

✨ What happens when someone else's behavior affects you?

You don't have to pretend something felt good when it didn't.

And you don't have to immediately react from hurt or anger.
You've heard this before...You can pause & breathe and choose how you want to respond.

Maybe saying,
“Wow… that didn't feel respectful. "
or
"I want to show love to you. What would that look like for you?”

What if your goal wasn't to win the interaction?

What if your goal was to stay connected to who you are becoming?

You can have boundaries AND love.

You can speak honestly AND have grounded kind voice.

You can decide what kind of energy you want to bring into the room.

And sometimes the most powerful response is a pause long enough to choose instead of react.

10/06/2026

✨ What do you want a specific experience to be like?

Before worrying about how something is going to happen, try imagining the experience you would love to have.

Close your eyes.

Imagine yourself at the other side of the situation.

Look back on it as though it has already happened.

How did you want it to play out?

What did you want to feel?
Peace?
Joy?
Confidence?
Playfulness?
Empowerment?

Let yourself experience it in your imagination first.

Feel what it would be like.

Create a little future memory.

Then ask:
“What would I do today if I were already moving toward that experience?”

You may discover that your next step becomes much clearer when you first connect with the destination you want to create. 💛

10/05/2026

✨ In any moment, there can be a choice about where you go next.

Something happens.

You feel hurt, frustrated, afraid, angry or disappointed.

And from there, you can begin to spiral down:
“What is wrong with me?”
“Why does this always happen?”
“Nothing ever changes.”

Or…

You can begin to spiral up.

Not by pretending you aren't feeling what you're feeling.

First, feel it.

Give yourself a moment...Pause

Breathe

Let your body process the emotion instead of immediately reacting.

There are many ways to process an emotion: recognize: name it, feel the tightness or other sensation in your body for a minute and then do some sort of movement or squeezing your muscles and breathing.

Adding prayer to this is often helpful.

Then ask:

“What do I want to experience from here?”
Hope?
Relief?
Connection?
Courage?
Love?

You don't have to go from a difficult emotion straight into happiness.

Just take the next step upward.

✨ Feel. Breathe. Process. Choose.

Ask yourself, What would if be like to begin holding the frequency of what you want to create?"
One moment at a time.
What would your next “step upward” be today?

10/04/2026

✨ Who am I becoming?

This is one of the most powerful questions we can ask ourselves.

Not just:
“What do I want to accomplish?”

But…
Who do I want to BE as I move through this season of my life?

What would the woman who feels empowered, peaceful, playful, healthy, confident and connected to God choose?

How would she respond when life doesn't go as planned?

How would she treat her body, her relationships, her time and her dreams?

Take a few quiet moments today and imagine yourself looking back on this season of your life.

✨ Who are you becoming?

And then ask:

What is one small choice I can make today that is aligned with her?

You don't have to become her all at once.

You simply begin choosing in alignment with who you're becoming. 💛
