Be ready when it matters most. Immediate CPR can double or triple the odds of surviving a cardiac arrest. Hands-Only CPR has just two simple steps you can learn right now:

If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help can arrive.

We're proud to recognize Jennifer Marquez from Force Elementary in Denver Public Schools for her commitment to helping students build confidence, compassion, and lifesaving skills through Kids Heart Challenge.

"Teaching my students Hands-Only CPR is about so much more than learning a skill. It's about giving them the confidence and ability to potentially save someone's life. I hope they carry both the courage to help others and the importance of giving back with them throughout their lives."

Thank you, Jennifer, for inspiring students to lead with courage and kindness while learning skills that can impact lives far beyond the classroom. ❤️

Kinda chic to set up a donor advised fund (DAF) to support causes you care about.

DAFs make giving simpler, more powerful and more flexible:

✅ Simple – One charitable investment account that you can use to support charities of your choice
✅ Powerful – Contribute cash, securities or other assets to a DAF and you may be eligible to take an immediate tax deduction. Those funds can be invested for tax-free growth.
✅ Flexible – Give when inspiration strikes, or after thoughtful evaluation

On DAF Day, October 8, you can use your DAF to support lifesaving heart and stroke research through the American Heart Association.
